Tether Link Utility is an Android app that shares your phone's mobile data with your laptop, tablet or another phone. It runs a local SOCKS5 proxy on the phone and shares it over the phone's Wi-Fi hotspot. Everything happens on the device: no remote server and no account.

Connecting another device is guided step by step. A second Android phone joins by scanning a QR code. For a Windows PC or a Mac, a small setup file or script makes every app on the computer use the phone's connection. iPhone, Linux and other devices are covered too.

The free version connects one device at a time and shows ads. Pro removes ads and lets up to five devices connect at once. Data used by connected devices counts toward your mobile plan.
